What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers through outbound sales strategies and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification and contract execution
- Drive brand awareness and build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
- Position immigration solutions as essential to customer people strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology or Immigration and Mobility
- Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms

- Experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% for client engagement and regional events
