What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and close
- Build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce with precision and accountability
- Drive outbound activity daily, including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demos that address customer pain points
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to enhance the go-to-market strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Proven track record as a self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and results
- Competitive and goal-driven mindset, motivated by achieving targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with event marketing, ticketing, or email/SMS marketing
