      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
      - Conduct high-volume outreach to key decision-makers in assigned charter and district territories
      - Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of schools and districts
      - Track activities and maintain accurate forecasting using Salesforce as part of CRM and data management
      - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with K-12 leaders and decision-makers to ensure alignment with the company's offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the EdTech sector
      - Experience working in or with K-12 schools, understanding charter and district operations
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
      - Goal-oriented self-starter comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment

      - Background in education, either through teaching or administration
      - Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospects and customers
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork
      - Demonstrated persistence and drive for results in closing sales deals
      - Willingness to travel for in-person client engagements and territory management
