      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open new territories and develop the employer's healthcare staffing platform in untapped markets
      - Self-prospect and generate your own pipeline through creative outreach strategies
      - Conduct consultative discovery calls with healthcare facility leaders to identify staffing challenges
      - Demonstrate the employer's platform and tailor use cases to different facility types
      - Close new business deals and build a healthy pipeline from self-generated opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in launching a new territory, market, or product from scratch
      - Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
      - Ability to create pipeline independently without SDR/BDR support
      - Strong organizational skills for tracking pipeline and documenting market insights
      - BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
