      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and manage territory to maximize sales revenue and profitability
      - Identify and close new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
      - Utilize the CRM system for tracking and planning new business opportunities
      - Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
      - Provide product demonstrations and educate medical staff on product benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science required
      - Minimum of two years of sales experience in a complex selling environment, preferably in laboratory diagnostics
      - Proven track record of consistent sales growth
      - Must reside in the assigned territory
      - Strong communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in relationship-building and consultative selling
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level or higher
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively
      - Experience with CRM systems
      - Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills
