      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan for account acquisition and retention
      - Manage existing accounts to ensure high compliance and identify expansion opportunities
      - Execute a sales strategy that aligns with the employer's commercial goals, engaging key hospital leadership
      - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide data analytics to demonstrate success
      - Maintain strict adherence to sales operations processes, including CRM management and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
      - Over 7 years of proven success in field sales and account management within the medical device industry
      - Experience working with diverse hospital stakeholders, including C-Suite leadership
      - Strong negotiation skills for new and renewal contracts
      - Ability to travel up to 75% and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
