What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic business expansion with major cancer centers, clinics, and key opinion leaders within the territory
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, including budgets and territory management
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve company goals and build lasting client relationships
- Analyze the competitive landscape and provide valuable feedback to leadership
- Promote compliance with web-based molecular information tools for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
- 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
- Proven track record of measurable revenue generation in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
- Strong understanding of the oncology and molecular diagnostics landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
- Experience with consultative selling processes and engaging at the executive level
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for sales management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and capability to adapt to organizational growth and change
