What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic referrers to maintain and increase order and scan volume
- Prospect and target new referrers based on market trends and conditions
- Analyze referral patterns to strategically plan field activities and actions to drive referrals
- Collaborate with physician sales and operations leadership to establish territory plans
- Implement targeted community outreach programs to promote consumer awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of the sales and physician landscape
- Proven ability to execute a territory development plan successfully
- Demonstrated success in a competitive selling environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of physician sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment
- Prior experience in Imaging and/or Oncology
