      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate strong relationships with strategic referrers to maintain and increase order and scan volume
      - Prospect and target new referrers based on market trends and conditions
      - Analyze referral patterns to strategically plan field time and actions to drive referrals
      - Collaborate with leadership to establish customer and territory plans to meet budget commitments
      - Identify risks to the referral base and implement targeted outreach programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and physician space, including reimbursement landscape
      - Proven ability to execute a territory development plan successfully
      - Track record of success in a competitive selling environment
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of physician sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment
      - Prior Imaging and/or Oncology experience
