What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
- Acquire knowledge and proficiency in available resources to effectively assist members and clients
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with client orientation and business conferences
- Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, and filing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred PC skills, including Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service-related role
