What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Respiratory Health products to hospitals, clinics, and home care facilities
- Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans for assigned products
- Manage a territory of 100-125 verified targets and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Prospect for new business and communicate competitive differentiation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and complete required reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Strong negotiation and strategic selling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) is a plus
- Experience in negotiating and closing new business deals
- Familiarity with budgeting processes in a healthcare setting
