      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed established sales targets while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
      - Engage proactively with new sign-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
      - Guide customers through the sales process to ensure successful product usage
      - Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any implementation issues faced by customers
      - Practice consultative selling by discovering customer needs and demonstrating product capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer success experience as a quota-carrying representative
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience selling software as a service (SaaS) or a payroll product
      - Proven success in the small to medium business (SMB) space or related verticals
      - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a track record of pipeline development and management
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with strong outbound dialing habits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consultative selling methods and techniques
      - Familiarity with the small business ecosystem and its challenges
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic work environment
      - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and self-starting attitude
