What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop account plans for both new and existing corporate customers, focusing on those with revenues of $500M+
- Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a clean sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling complex, enterprise software
- Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based selling approach
- Strong skills in managing full-cycle sales processes and leading multi-stakeholder deals
- Deep understanding of AI applications in legal department operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
- Experience in developing and executing account plans
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
