What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and target potential clients within the automotive repair industry through prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of the software
- Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of the software to decision-makers
- Lead the negotiation process to close deals and secure long-term contracts with new clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the automotive or vehicle repair industry
- Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information
