What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals while executing the national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with brand strategy for product launches
- Analyze competitive landscape and communicate strategies to cross-functional partners
- Manage promotional activities in accordance with company policies and industry standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage in a consultative selling process and overcome objections
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in the territory
- Experience with product launch planning and execution
- High-touch customer service skills
