What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals while executing the national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with brand strategy for product launch
- Collaborate with laboratories to secure phlebotomy draw agreements and train staff
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership on market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of direct experience in customer-facing sales within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
- Experience in product launch planning and execution
- High-touch customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for field visits
