What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and execute the national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans in line with brand strategy for product launch
- Identify and secure laboratory service draw agreements for specimen collection
- Analyze competitive landscape and communicate strategies to the Commercial Team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of consistent closing abilities and meeting sales expectations
- Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the territory
- High-touch customer service skills
