What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and execute national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans in line with brand strategy
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with sales team and cross-functional partners to achieve company objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in the territory
- High-touch customer service skills
