What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and execute national sales strategy in accordance with company standards
- Develop and implement business plans to support product launches
- Identify and establish partnerships with laboratories for phlebotomy agreements
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Veeva
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in assigned territory
- Background in product launch planning and execution
- High-touch customer service skills
