      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of liquid biopsy technology for cancer screening
      - Meet or exceed sales goals while executing the national sales strategy
      - Develop and implement business plans aligned with brand strategy to support product launch
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage promotional activities to support sales efforts
      - Continually analyze market trends and provide feedback to leadership for strategic decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with superior problem-solving abilities
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
      - Product launch planning and execution experience
      - Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
      - High-touch customer service skills
