What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned geographic territory
- Participate in product training and sales meetings to develop skills in relationship management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Skills in cold calling and prospect management
- Experience in preparing and delivering product/service proposals
