      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend T-Mobile’s products and services
      - Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales quotas
      - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
      - Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
      - Outside B2B sales experience
      - Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
      - Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
      - Proven track record of successful customer acquisition in a sales role
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
