What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Participate in skill development and product training sessions
- Maintain and expand the customer base within assigned territories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Skills in proposal writing and delivering pricing quotations
- Ability to cold call or door knock effectively
