What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate the company's value
- Present and close deals effectively
- Participate in product training and sales meetings to develop skills
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Outside B2B sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring multi-tasking
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
