What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored wireless solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
