What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Manage sales funnel and generate reports on sales activities and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
