What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
- Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of products and services
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales funnel and report on sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multi-tasking skills
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
