What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Demonstrate T-Mobile's value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership support
- Utilize sales force automation tools to manage the sales funnel and report on activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with multitasking demands
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Skills in cold calling and door knocking
- Experience in preparing and following up on product/service proposals
