      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
      - Recommend wireless solutions to meet customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products
      - Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
      - Develop sales skills through training and collaboration with leadership
      - Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and report on forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
      - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
      - Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Outside B2B sales experience
      - Experience in cold calling and prospect management
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
      - Skills in preparing and delivering product/service proposals and pricing quotations
