      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and cultivate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
      - Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
      - Negotiate and finalize deals with small and medium-sized businesses
      - Participate in ongoing skill development, product training, and sales meetings
      - Utilize sales force automation to manage sales activities and forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
      - Experience in outside B2B sales
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience delivering superior customer service
      - Effective negotiation and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
