What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Sell T-Mobile's value by recommending wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
- Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Utilize sales force automation tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Background in proposal writing for product/service proposals
- Ability to cold call and manage prospects effectively
