      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and manage territory to maximize sales revenue and profitability
      - Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
      - Achieve sales goals across all focus product categories
      - Update the CRM system with account activities and develop territory growth plans
      - Conduct product demonstrations and educate medical staff on product benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science
      - At least four years of sales experience in a complex selling environment, preferably in laboratory diagnostics
      - Proven track record of consistent sales growth
      - Must reside in the assigned territory
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
