What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan for account acquisition and retention
- Manage existing accounts to ensure high compliance and identify expansion opportunities
- Execute a sales strategy to engage hospital leadership and secure evaluations of products
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and provide data analytics to drive account growth
- Maintain strict adherence to sales operations processes and CRM management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
- Over 7 years of proven success in field sales and account management within the medical device industry
- Experience working with diverse hospital stakeholders, including C-Suite leadership
- Strong negotiation skills for new and renewal contracts
- Ability to travel up to 75%
