What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to align on customer business outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to demonstrate product capabilities
- Educate customers on integrating Supabase into their technology stack
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical sales role
- Strong understanding of developer workflows or infrastructure products
- Proven ability to execute a creative and value-driven sales process
- Comfortable engaging with founders, engineers, and technical buyers
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in startup environments
- Familiarity with open-source tools and technologies
- Ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles
