What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and increase vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory
- Train and equip auto dealerships on utilizing the online vehicle remarketing platform, SmartAuction
- Conduct daily in-person customer contacts to grow the engaged dealer base
- Facilitate dealer introductions, onboarding, and sales support as needed
- Ensure dealer customers are informed about current promotions and incentives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry preferred
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
- Ability to provide expert advice and direction in primary areas of expertise
- Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales training or coaching for dealerships
- Familiarity with vehicle remarketing platforms or similar technologies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
