What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
- Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new clients
- Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities
- Implement laboratory services agreements with bill account institutions
- Collaborate with all sales positions to achieve company goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
- 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics
- Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
- Ability to engage in consultative selling process at the executive level
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with oncology GPO's and large health systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostic space
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Understanding of the evolving competitive landscape
