What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals across an assigned territory
- Generate new logo opportunities through outbound engagement and partner/channel strategies
- Engage with C-suite executives, focusing on Security, Business Continuity, Operations, and Compliance
- Execute a consultative sales approach using proven methodologies (MEDDPICC and Force Management)
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal velocity and value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, particularly in net-new logo acquisition
- Proven success in selling to Fortune 1000 or large commercial accounts
- Strong outbound sales skills and ability to build a sales pipeline
- Experience in navigating complex decision-making processes among multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with selling to Security, Compliance, Business Continuity, HR, Facilities, or IT buyers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies
- Passion for personal growth and a coachable mindset
- Salesforce experience
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
