Job Description

Input and maintain accurate client data in Salesforce, ensuring records are up-to-date and organized.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to support campaigns and account initiatives.
Work closely with the Account Director to Address customer challenges and identify solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
Document and share best practices to optimize account management strategies and processes.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights based on account data and campaign performance.
Support day-to-day account management activities, including customer communication and internal coordination
Undergraduate or technical college students currently enrolled in New Hampshire University or College, pursuing coursework relevant to the role and expected to graduate in December 2025 or May 2026.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
Reliable transportation
Interest in the gaming industry is preferred.

$14.38 - $26.70 per hourOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
