Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
- Key contact and trusted advisor for account relationships, including all business partners within Amerit and our client
- Understand all relevant work orders and contract documents active between Amerit and client, and ensure the business is operating within the confines of all agreements
- Consistently track Segment KPIs and present results and trends
- Identify risk areas and present them to Segment Senior Account Manager
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress and forecasting account metrics and initiatives; daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Support Amerit’s Fleet Managers
- Travel 20-30%
Position Requirements and Education
- Proven work experience as a national account manager or key account manager, preferably within an equipment fleet business. Preferred experience with an industrial or manufacturing customer segment.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the field, executive and C-level
- Proficient in MS Excel experience and MS Office to create and present reports
- Experience in processing billing, invoices, work orders and fleet repairs
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fleet maintenance and reefer experience a plus
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear
- Frequent use of hands and fingers
- Ability to feel and reach with hands and arms
Position Summary
Amerit Fleet Solutions , one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team! The Account Manager partners with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager's role is to manage an assigned customer with fleet assets under a maintenance agreement, communicate updates from the customer to support the day-to-day requests, account reporting, account & internal relationships, and overall account performance while seeking opportunities to grow.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range - $80-95k plus bonus opportunities
