      JOB PURPOSE:

      The Account Manager carries a quota and increases market share at DRB customers with more than 6 sites. This individual will visit carwash locations, foster relationships with key personnel at existing accounts, help with technical issues and close sales with the focus of growing customer success through utilization of DRB products and services. This person will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery DRB solutions per customer needs.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

      · Works with customers and DRB teams to ensure customer success, balancing customer objectives with DRB Systems objectives.

      · Advises customers on products, services, and best practices.

      · Conducts outgoing calls to provide information and generates interest in DRB Systems products.

      · Qualifies, demos, and closes sales opportunities for system orders and add on modules.

      · Assists implementation and operations teams as an advisor and leader to facilitate customer success and create recognized value in products.

      · Relates well with peers and managers in all other departments.

      · Understand customer issues while developing expertise in specialty area.

      · Responds to customer requests and comments, seeking solutions as quickly as practical.

      · Guides customers through DRB’s processes and departments to ensure a positive experience.

      · Participates in product design teams to ensure customer requests are properly communicated.

      · Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      The position works under general direction of the Support and Service Manager, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance in the department.

      Human relations

      This position interacts with both internal and external customers.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience plus degree or equivalent with a combination of education, training, and experience.
      • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically up to 2 weeks per month to customers and trade shows
      • Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Salesforce proficiency a plus.
      • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid United States Driver’s license. Ability to acquire a US passport a plus.

      The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity. For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in the sales/commission plan at a rate of 2.5%.
