What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a territory aligned with Field and Private Client Group coverage, maintaining visibility and engagement with advisors
- Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative investment strategies such as private equity, real assets, and hedge funds
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's alternative products, platforms, and market strategies
- Provide proactive feedback to enhance the advisor experience and improve operational workflows
- Represent the employer at conferences, roadshows, and client-facing events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or Economics; CFA, CAIA, or MBA designations are a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services in an alternatives-focused, client-facing role
- Deep knowledge of the alternatives landscape and wealth management processes
- Proven ability to present complex alternative investment strategies
- Strong client-engagement capabilities with a history of building lasting relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth familiarity with fixed income and private markets
- Experience supporting and collaborating closely with field and sales teams
- Possession of Series 7, 3, and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth in alternatives distribution
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
