- Organize client presentations
- Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers
- Create virtual samples
- Work with the creative department to provider renders and artwork
- Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email
- Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
- Coordinate samples for client presentations
- Coordinate client review and approval of proofs
- Communicate directly with clients on projects to find promotional solutions
- Learn to know the client's sustainability requirements, brand guidelines, and standard specs
- Enter sales orders via the Company's proprietary system
- Follow sales orders through the production process from start to finish
- Fulfill sales orders and review final invoices before they go to the client
- Other duties based on business needs

HALO is looking for an Account/Production Manager experienced in the Beer, Wine & Spirits industry to join our high-growth company. This role will join a fast-paced team that connects HALO clients with our innovative solutions and will be responsible for providing administrative support to HALO Sales leaders and clients.
