      The Role:

      The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for our valued Canadian customers, fostering long-term, value-driven partnerships. This role is instrumental in sustaining existing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to support continued revenue growth across Canada. Collaborating closely with our national broker network, the Account Manager will provide strategic guidance and timely product information aligned with customer expectations and deadlines.

      A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, ensuring a seamless sales process through a deep understanding of each account’s workflow requirements. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and communicate business opportunities and challenges. In partnership with their manager and broader team, they will execute account-level sales strategies, present product solutions to customers and brokers, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

      Over time, this individual will be recognized as the company’s subject matter expert in the Canadian specialty cleaning category.

      What You Will Do:

      • Oversee and manage accounts determined by Manager
      • Work with Manager to pursue sales opportunities.
      • Develop and cultivate broker / Customer relationships.
      • Maintain retail audits, competitive product / promotional insights.
      • Analyze weekly scorecards and POS reports to detect seasonality, customer trends, and sales opportunities to present to team.
      • Input / track / analyze promotional support to maximize trade spend investment.
      • Gain a deep understanding of our products.
      • Lead the preparation for line reviews and presentations.
      • Lead discussions with brokers on new product opportunities/revisions/discontinuation, etc.
      • Work with Associate Account Manager who will provide support (not limited to) customers’ requests, projects, new Item set-up forms, product changes, images, content and promotion submission support.
      • Attend monthly Demand Review meetings with Forecast Analyst for assigned accounts
      • Maintain promotional calendars for assigned accounts
      • Implement and manage product transition plans; track and communicate with key stakeholders
      • Work with Supply Chain to develop product allocation guidelines, tracking and processes

      What You Will Bring:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales / sales support type role(s), preferably in a CPG sales environment.
      • Experience in Mass, DIY, Hardware, Grocery channels preferred.
      • Ability to work independently or in team setting; ability to adjust to changing priorities.
      • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
