We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Creative + team!
Creative + is a team of experts specializing in Paramount's creative solutions. The team includes Account Managers who utilize their product knowledge, client relationships, and project management skills to drive client retention and satisfaction, to ensure a full execution of successful campaigns across all creative offerings (Social, Influence, Branded Content and Experiential).
This Account Manager will be responsible for advising and driving best-in-class creative solutions, and will be located either in New York City, Chicago, or LA!
Overview and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during active campaigns, demonstrating expertise in media & reporting, research and legal aspects.
• Lead campaign execution by collaborating cross-functionally to meet all client expectations (teams include Media, Production, Talent, Legal, Finance, Creative, Activation and Operations).
• Cultivate positive and professional client relationships through regular check-ins, prompt responses, and relationship-building efforts.
• Take ownership of client inquiries related to campaign execution, developing final wrap reports, and sourcing pertinent information from various key partners.
• Coordinate research studies to present compelling post-campaign results to clients.
• Assist Sales with RFPs by making strategic recommendations based on client knowledge from historical campaigns.
• Support sales efforts to upsell and renew business, participating in sales presentations and conference calls as required.
• Identify potential sales prospects proactively, respond to inbound leads promptly, and lead sales calls to promote sponsorship opportunities for VidCon (the largest IRL celebration of the creator economy).
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when communicating with both colleagues and external clients.
• Field ad hoc requests from clients as needed.
• Aid in managing CRM systems, prospecting tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Stay abreast of developments in online advertising and online media by reviewing industry trades.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in sales, account management, or a role related to social, influencer marketing, branded programming, or experiential marketing; media planning experience in a digital media or digital marketing company is a plus
Additional Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, digital media or other business-related field is preferred
• Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a fast-paced team and goal-oriented environment
• Have a strong desire to win and grow as a sales professional
• Integrity, passion, resourcefulness, team mentality, and a roll-up-your-sleeves outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, and possess effective time management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Operative, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and/or other CRM systems

Hiring Salary Range: $69,000.00 - 73,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
