Job Description

- Provide user support and software application through walk throughs
- Support processing of incoming use reporting from receipt through revenue recognition and analysis
- Support maintenance, updates, and development of Use reporting database and dashboard
- Coordinate training and provide custom training and walk throughs to users of Claritas solutions
- Assist Account Teams with product demonstrations to non-licensees and prospects
- Field inbound questions related to all Claritas solutions, obtain and provide answers back to Clients; engage other teams when needed
- Prepare Client analysis and projects on pre-approved basis and participate in delivery as needed
- Coordinate with Product Leadership on client validity questions including data source comparison, methodology, and data collection
- Act as Liaison between Clients and internal teams to manage implementation of Claritas solutions
- Ensure all CRM records and activities are maintained and accurate per Claritas standards
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Computer Science
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
