What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned territory by managing relationships with financial advisor clients
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan in collaboration with the Divisional Sales Manager
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the employer's products, strategies, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while managing client interactions
- Build strong working relationships with product managers and specialists to deliver resources effectively to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required; CIMA, CAIA, CFA designations, and/or an MBA are a plus
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an external client-facing role, preferably in business development or field sales
- Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and strong territory management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong financial services background
