      About the Sales Account Manager - ExxonMobil:

      MarketStar is seeking a Sales Account Manager. This position will be reporting to the Manager of Account Management, the right candidate will be instrumental in providing value to our clients and an integral part to growing our business.

      Location: US Remote

      What Will You Do?

      • Manage a high volume of accounts

      • Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to sales and clients

      • Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for clients

      • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships

      • Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns

      • Communicate new features and enhancements to our Product team

      • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce and other sales tools

      What Will You Need to Succeed?

      • Previous experience in account management and/or operations

      • Auto industry and/or oil and lubricant sales experience, preferred

      • Very strong analytical and reporting skills

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

      • Impeccable organizational skills

      • Experience interfacing with clients

      • Experience managing a book of business

      • The desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done

      • Team player / collaborative operating style

      • Experience building teams and creating processes, preferred

      • An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise

      • The ability to think and react quickly

      • Deadline oriented

      • Performance – proven track record of performance required

      The pay for this position is $26.44 paid hourly. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
