      The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing accounts, calling on existing opportunities and completing both new and reoccurring business. The candidate will have Joint Commission experience and the ability to travel to customer locations.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Oversee Customer Accounts and grow Customer footprint.
      • Lead account management strategy and execution through a team of Jr. Account Managers, National Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers.
      • Implement programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
      • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
      • Ability to interact with a high EQ (emotional quotient or emotional intelligence).
      • Respond to questions and requests for information timely and with urgency.
      • Timely oversight of collections for Client accounts receivable and coordinate with district collectors, if applicable.
      • Review and approve timesheets.
      • Coordinate timely HR on all new hires and terminations, including on-boarding, off-boarding in Ceridian for payroll, benefits, etc., with IT for any systems set-up, and with Safety for safety and OSHA.
      • Manage, mentor, and develop multiple team members in various roles. Mentoring and development of next generation Junior Account Managers and National Customer Service Representatives.
      • Provide feedback and performance reviews at scheduled frequencies.
      • Reach and exceed revenue and gross profit objectives.
      • Build client confidence to increase market share.
      • Contribute to revenue and margin growth.
      • Ability to collaborate across all functions.
      • Establish trust and relationships with our employees and clients.
      • Ability to make critical decisions to your business unit.
      • Other responsibilities and tasks, as assigned.

      Qualifications and Requirement:

      • 3-5 years of managerial experience.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
      • Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.
      • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to Senior level Executives within the Customer and Academy Fire organization.
      • Joint Commission Experience a must!

      Travel:

      This position may require approximately 25-50% travel

      Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
