The range may change, and Grainger reserves the right to modify its compensation and benefits at any time.Position Details:The Healthcare Account Manager (HCAM) will develop relationships within assigned accounts to achieve profitable revenue growth in the San Francisco Peninsula area. The HCAM collaborates with support and service teams to grow sales, with variable compensation tied to sales targets and account management responsibilities. Reports to the District Sales Manager for Healthcare.You Will:Understand customer goals and adapt to changing needs.Utilize market data and resources to respond quickly to developments.Support managed inventory tasks to deepen customer understanding and increase sales.Communicate Grainger's value proposition and provide solutions to grow sales.Set priorities and execute strategies to meet sales goals.Conduct business reviews to maximize sales.Comply with sales and pricing guidelines.Use all available resources and support.Analyze and document activities to improve productivity and sales.You Have:High School Diploma/GED (Associates or Bachelor's preferred)3+ years of outside sales experienceKnowledge of sales forecasting and customer planningTechnological proficiency for business communicationAbility to close sales and resolve issuesAbility to articulate business and financial conceptsSkill in uncovering customer objections and providing solutionsDiscipline in planning and pipeline management#LI-DD1We are committed to equal employment opportunity and fostering an inclusive, accessible work environment.
