      We are currently seeking a full-time EAP Account Manager. This is an exempt position working Monday – Friday, primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings and services at customer locations. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts.

      The Account Manager helps bring our mission to life by building and maintaining strong client relations with our organizations and ensuring that EAP services are well-utilized throughout our client companies. Consulting responsibilities include management and organizational consultation both by phone and in-person to HR, operations, and executive-level managers at customer companies.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Services accounts by creating strong partnerships with Human Resources liaisons, assessing organizational needs, conducting account meetings, contributing thought-leadership articles, sending utilization statistics and written reports, and being proactive to help ensure strong EAP visibility and utilization.
      • Provides organizational and management consultations to help improve performance and productivity problems, as well as respond to disruptive workplace human events.
      • Attends health, wellness, and open enrollment fairs to actively promote the EAP to organizations and their employees.
      • Serves as an organizational resource to support EAP Intake Specialists, when they require additional assistance in providing professional, thorough, and timely customer service
      • Connect to clinical support when needed
      • Tracks all customer contact activities in the EAP Expert database system.
      • Performs other related duties as needed and/or required.

      What You’ll Need:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development/ Psychology, Human Resources, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
      • Master’s Degree preferred
      • 3+ years of business experience preferred
      • Project Management experience preferred
      • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong customer service skills, combined with understanding of organizational theory, human systems dynamics, and/or organizational development.
      • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) or previous EAP experience a plus.
